How 

was born?

“When my daughter was born in July of last year, my world changed in ways I never could have imagined. The overwhelming love I felt came with a deep desire to give her the best life possible. Of course, I wanted to provide safety, security, and everything she needed physically — but I also found myself wondering how I could support her emotionally.

I realized that beyond material comforts, the most valuable gift I could give my daughter was the ability to understand her emotions, build meaningful relationships, and navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and resilience. I wanted her to grow up confident in her ability to handle whatever social situations life threw her way.

That’s when I began planting positive words and affirmations—while she slept or just before bedtime. Every day, I’d whisper small truths like “You’re smart,” “You’re kind,” and “You’re strong,” gently feeding her subconscious mind with beliefs I knew would shape how she sees herself in the future. I was planting seeds of emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-worth.

I saw firsthand how affirmations could shape a child’s heart and mind, and I thought: Why not share this with other parents? Every parent sees their child as the best—so why not help them become the best version of themselves? That’s how BestKidd was born.

At BestKidd, we help children understand themselves and the world around them. But I didn’t stop there. I wanted kids to carry these lessons with them—so I created positive-inspired apparel, like T-shirts with uplifting affirmations and posters reminding them to “Be a Kind Friend.”

This journey isn’t just about the kids—it’s about us as parents, too. By planting these seeds together, reinforcing positive beliefs, and bringing these lessons into everyday life, we can help our children grow into emotionally intelligent, compassionate, and resilient individuals.
