"What started as bedtime stories for my daughter grew into BestKidd — a heartfelt mission to help children navigate emotions, build friendships, and grow into compassionate, resilient individuals."

How 

was born?

 

“When my daughter was born in July of last year, my world changed in ways I never could have imagined. The overwhelming love I felt came with a deep desire to give her the best life possible. Of course, I wanted to provide safety, security, and everything she needed physically — but I also found myself wondering how I could support her emotionally.


I realized that beyond material comforts, the most valuable gift I could give my daughter was the ability to understand her emotions, build meaningful relationships, and navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and resilience. I wanted her to grow up confident in her ability to handle whatever social situations life threw her way.


That’s when I started writing stories. Every day, I’d read her little tales where characters faced the same challenges kids encounter — like making friends, dealing with conflicts, and learning to be kind to themselves and others. These stories became more than just bedtime routines; they were lessons disguised as adventures, planting seeds of emotional intelligence and empathy.


I saw firsthand how storytelling could shape a child’s heart and mind, and I thought: Why not share this with other parents? Every parent sees their child as the best — so why not help them become the best version of themselves? And that’s how BestKidd was born.


At BestKidd, I create stories to help children understand themselves and the world around them. But I didn’t stop there. I wanted kids to carry these lessons with them, so I designed story-inspired merchandise — like T-shirts with uplifting affirmations and posters reminding them to “Be a Kind Friend.”


This journey isn’t just about the kids; it’s about us as parents, too. By reading these stories together, engaging in meaningful conversations, and bringing these lessons into everyday life, we can help our children grow into emotionally intelligent, compassionate, and resilient individuals.
